Pressure Treated Deck
This deck was and upgrade to an existing wood patio. The layout and location of the stairs were changed in order to allow for additional deck area, and more efficient use of the yard. It even allows for the space below the deck to be used as covered storage if needed.
Composite Deck and Railing

The unusual terrain of the rear of this property forced us to be creative when designing the layout of this deck. It had to be built over 16 feet off the ground. The views up there are amazing!

Check out these before and after shots! This wasn’t a remodel, we only cleaned it up and repaired any existing damage to get this property in sellable condition. The home suffered from years of neglect and seemed to be on it’s last leg before we got started.
