New bamboo flooring in the kitchen matched up almost perfectly with the existing floor from the rest of the house. The color was a little different, and even the flooring thickness wasn’t quite the same, but we were able to match the seams up so closely that you can’t even tell!

Full Basement Finish
This basement was finished as an in-law suite, with a 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchenette, storage closets, and even a built in private sauna! 10′ ceilings, bullnose corners, with recessed lighting and a spacious layout. That floor looks like wood, but it’s actually ceramic tile with a realistic wood finish!

Quick Flip on a Budget
Check out these before and after shots! This wasn’t a remodel, we only cleaned it up and repaired any existing damage to get this property in sellable condition. The home suffered from years of neglect and seemed to be on it’s last leg before we got started. There were a few unpermitted structures that needed to be removed, major drywall repairs and new texture and paint throughout the property.
