We also replaced the sink with this lovely black stone that ties into the existing countertops and appliances very well. Updating the entire look of the kitchen in only a few days and for a fraction of the cost of a full remodel!

The home suffered from years of neglect and seemed to be on it’s last leg before we got started. There were a few unpermitted structures that needed to be removed, major drywall repairs and new texture and paint throughout the property.
