Just a purple house
Elevated Custom Deck
This deck was the result of an insurance claim from a recent hail storm. The insurance company paid to replace the existing deck, but this client scored a free upgrade!
Notice the existing concrete pad below the deck. The existing deck supports were paved over to create a lower patio. So rather than demolishing the patio to dig new piers, they paid to extend the supports of the new deck past the existing concrete, resulting in a brand new deck with way more space than the last one!
Pressure Treated Deck
This deck was and upgrade to an existing wood patio. The layout and location of the stairs were changed in order to allow for additional deck area, and more efficient use of the yard. It even allows for the space below the deck to be used as covered storage if needed.
Faux Brick Backsplash and Butcher Block Countertops
In order to create this brick wall look, we had to remove all the existing drywall that was and backsplash, and replaced it with thin cuts of actual brick that look just like the real thing, but install right over the existing wall like tile. And these solid oak butcher block counters were crafted onto the existing cabinets. Creating the appearance of an entirely different kitchen for a fraction of the cost as a full remodel!
Kitchen Remodel
This entire kitchen was gutted and refitted with new cabinets, solid surface countertops, an undermount sink, stainless steel range hood, subway tile backsplash, bamboo flooring, and a custom built, solid-wood bar-top.
